Thank you for choosing Lincoln City Animal Clinic. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every patient, client, and team member.

Our Promise to You

We will:

  • Treat you and your pet with kindness, compassion, and respect.
  • Provide quality veterinary care and clear communication.
  • Answer your questions and explain your pet’s diagnosis, treatment options, and expected costs.
  • Respect your time while balancing scheduled appointments with medical emergencies.

What We Ask of You

Please help us provide the best care by:

  • Treating our team and fellow clients with courtesy and respect.
  • Arriving on time for appointments.
  • Providing accurate information about your pet’s health and medical history.
  • Keeping your pet’s rabies vaccination current unless medically exempt.
  • Maintaining an active Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR).
  • Giving at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Meeting financial obligations for services provided.
  • Sharing concerns respectfully so we can address them together.

Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

To maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and team members, the following behaviors are not permitted on our premises, on our social properties, or online communities. 

  • Verbal abuse, yelling, profanity, or personal insults.
  • Threatening, intimidating, or aggressive behavior.
  • Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or cyberbullying.
  • Physical violence or threatening actions.
  • Damage to clinic property.
  • Refusal to pay for services rendered.

Maintaining a Safe Environment

If we believe the safety or well-being of any staff, client, patient, or visitor is at risk, Lincoln City Animal Clinic reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule or end an appointment.
  • Ask a visitor or client to leave the premises.
  • Require prepayment for future appointments.
  • Terminate the Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Contact law enforcement if anyone’s safety is threatened or at risk.
